A lightweight, deterministic AC control system that enforces air conditioning state by repeatedly sending IR commands via the SwitchBot API within a defined time window. Built to replace unreliable manual control with predictable, observable automation. To reliably enforce a specific AC state (on, temperature, mode) in an environment where manual overrides, IR unreliability, or human behavior would otherwise cause inconsistent cooling.
